“I just wanted to say that MIS came through for Philips/Medquest this past weekend. Piedmont-Forsyth had a problem on their GE CT/i system. I spoke to Cindy Smith and she was very pleased with the service that MIS provided over the weekend. Cindy Smith and Kevin Benson at Piedmont prefers and requests that MIS services their GE system over GE. MIS also did an outstanding job at Coastal Diagnostic installing a tube on Monday on their Siemens CT unit that was down. Once the tube was installed and calibrated, the scanner was up and running Monday afternoon. Justin from MIS stopped by on Tuesday before going to the airport to make sure everything was okay.
